PAYMENT  TERMS

  1. Deposit to be paid into our bank account as requested in order to  confirm the booking.  Balance paid preferably in cash on arrival or EFT.
  2. Kindly confirm payment of deposit by email or sms and ensure that the correct reference is used.
  3. Visitors will be charged for any breakages which might occur during their stay.
  4. Upon cancellation, funds will only be refunded pro-rata if the unit can be re-let and a cancellation fee of R150 will be charged.
  5. Otherwise deposit is non-refundable.

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND USEFUL INFO

  1. THE UNITS ARE NOT SERVICED UNLESS REQUESTED.
  2. The Oaks supermarket is at Dragon Peaks Park, 1.5km away. Petrol and diesel are also available (8.00am-5pm.)
  3. Supermarkets stock most basics, but nothing fancy. They are closed on Sunday afternoons except for Superspar in Winterton, which is open 7am-7pm.
  4. Kindly do not smoke in the Units.
  5. No pets allowed.
  6. No visitors may be allowed to sleep over without the permission of the owners.
  7. Any breakages must please be reported immediately.
  8. No excessive noise.
  9. Towels may not be removed from the units. Kindly use your own swimming towels at the pool.
  10. Clean towels will be provided every 3-4 days.
  11. There is a launderette at Cedarwood Shopping Centre should you need any extra laundry services.
  12. The pools are not fenced. Children to swim only if accompanied by an adult.  Swim at your own risk. No toddlers allowed at Inkunzi Cave.
  13. Braai facilities available at all units.
  14. Full DSTV is provided in the Cave and in the Hut. No TV in Diddly Squat. Bring your laptop for DVDs and music.
  15. WIFI vouchers available at R50 for R500MB
  16. The water from the taps is purified at Dragon Peaks and is safe to drink, but you might prefer to bring your own drinking water.
  17. SINCE THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE AND NOT A RESORT , THERE IS TO BE NO UNDUE NOISE AT ANY TIME.
